IPOCC 10.1.2.2 upgrade PostgresUpgrader fail
 
I am trying to upgrade from 10.1.1 to 10.1.2.2 but it fails when I run the postgresupgrader.exe. From the MSI install logs, the upgrade failed after it tried to start the postgres service.
