AMS (Linux) Issue with maspatch

Hello. I have installed AMS in Linux. I am able to access EM. Copied QFEs to /opt/avaya/ma/MAS/qfe folder and then ran 'maspatch list all'. I did not get the expected result. It did not list QFE files and provided status of QFE. The 'QFEFiles.png' screen shots attached for list of files. The MasPatchResult.png is the result after the 'maspatch list all'. The PostMaspatch.jpg is the list of files in /opt/avaya/ma/qfe folder. The *.zip.dir were created by 'maspatch'.

Any idea as to what could be preventing from maspatch to list and identify all QFEs? I appreciate help.

Hi Alan,

The only time I have seen this is when you don't have the latest version of MAS installed. To apply the latest patches you need to have the MAS installed from the install software directory of the SP5 install media. Check you have the .466 version of MAS installed to apply these QFE patches.

Agreed. Most likely your version of the AMS is not the same as the patch version.
