Hi,
We have an offset of 3 hours on the cms Unix time when compared to the timezone set. We are not sure why it keeps increasing?However,the cms is getting it's time from master acd.so , no problem with acd links.
Hwclock shows correct time as per timezone in etc/syscofig/clock file
We have no ntp too.
We tried changing it via date command but it keeps going back to same offset of 3 hours.
Is it some known issue in linux offset time?

I am not aware of any such known issues. I will suggest to open SR with Avaya support team to look further into it.
