Remove line from phone
We recently switched phone carriers and also dropped a line we were not using. Our desk phones still light up the button for the now deleted line. How does one get the phones to not display that line light? We have the Partner 8.0.x and IP Office 10.0 systems. And no one knows what the IP address is of the IP Office site.

I'm a newbie here, but you have to be log into your IP Office system and remove the line from the Button Programming on the User tab. You have to know the IP address and login info for IP Office Manager or web console to do so.
