CMS Agent Interval Summary Report
Having issues with a custom Aux calculation used in an Designer Agent interval summary report. The calc is also used in a daily version. When I run the report, there are intervals with a negative number an indication that the data elements used in the cals are not appropriate.

here is the calc used in both query 0 and Query 1: SUM(TI_STAFFTIME)-sum(TOTAL_ACDTIME)-sum(TOTAL_ACWTIME)-sum(HOLDTIME)-sum(TI_AVAILTIME)

Here is the revised calc I would like to use but not sure it is correct:

Any suggestions, feedback? Fairly new to creating custom reports any help is welcome.
