IP Office Manager Login Issue
 
I am trying to connect to IPO through IPO Manager application (Configuration), but I get the below error:

"Failed to login to IP Office Cause (Access Denied)".

I can login through the web interface of the IP Office and also on the Security (IP Office Manager).
Have you experienced any similar issues ?
The access rights assigned to my account are the same as the administrator but still I cannot login to the configuration (IPO Manager).

Any suggestions...

User rights or blocked. Just look in the security that you are not only "customer admin".
You can also see something in the ssa under alarm.
