No connection to reporting generator Server

Hi All
Customer have Avaya IPOCC release 9.1.9. I am able to edit and generate reports directly from IPOCC server. While I am trying to generate reports from Supervisor PC i am getting error no connection to reporting generator Server

Are you able to login on server with supervisor credentials and able to generate reports.
have you updated the host file in supervisor PC. you have to mentioned host name of IPOCC server against the IP Address.
