Customer Service Agent License Requirement
 
For a new IPO system release 8

Do i need a Basic IP endpoint license in order for the Customer Service agent license to work ?

Or the customer service agent license can simply work on it owns without the need for IP endpoint license.

Each Avaya IP set needs an Avaya IP Endpoint license. If you want them tracked in CCR all agents - regardless of phone type - need a CCR agent license and to be configured as a CCR agent in a CCR hunt group.
