No caller id name
 
I had Verizon add caller ID name to our PRI. They claim they tested it and it is working. How can I know if they are sending the name, we do get the number, and it is my issue or if the problem is on the Verizon side?

I am running IP Office 403 with version 3.2 (57)

In order to have a confirmation that whether Verizon is correct or not, you need to capture the sysmon trace with ISDN filters enabled and analyse traces traces that are you able to see the Caller ID number or not?
And than if required for further support please raise an SR in Siebel for further assistance.
