EC500 Removing Cell Number?
I have deleted the EC500 feature from an extension, however, the cell number that was associated with that extension is still recognized by the system. When a call is made to an extension on our system from that cell number, the phone display shows the extension that cell number was previously associated with.

I added the EC500 feature back to the extension with a different cell number, but the original cell number still appears to be associated with the extension.

What needs to be done to disassociate that cell phone number in our system (Aura Rel. 7)?

When you say you deleted the feature, are you talking about the EC500 button on the station or the EC500 entry in the Off-PBX table?

I removed both the key on the phone and the off-PBX entry. I deleted the off-PBX entry completely, but when the cell phone that was associated with it calls into our phone system, it still displays the system extension that the cell phone used to be associated with.
