Problems with Play announcement
 

HI team,
I would like to share with all of you a problem that we have in a WF with the Play announcement. Let me try to explain, it worked fine with English language, but I tried to change the language to Spanish. I removed the en_US language in the Speech Synthesizer into the MRCP protocols, but it never worked fine. Unfortunately I am trying to come back to the english language but not, it doesn't work either now.
Any of you have any idea where the problem could be ?
PD. If I call directly to a announcement it is working fine.
