denial event 1738: conf/xfer unstable calls
single user reported that mid-morning she started having trouble transferring calls. 8434DX set using an old AWH55+ headset
appears that she can transfer when she uses her handset but cannot consistently transfer when using the headset
we have already replaced the physical phone, thinking the port was bad on the phone
we are using Aura CM6.3
any suggestions?

Have you made a number of test calls and traced them to see whats happening?

Have you looked at the errors if any against the ext for that time period, events as well?

error can mostly happen when both the parties in the conference is in non-answer state .. i.e if both the parties are in ringing state etc . worth checking disconnect supervision on trunk once ..

she indicates the issue is about every other call. these calls are coming in via a hunt group and no one else in the group experiences these issues

the station has no errors - she is the only person reporting an issue
