Screen pop-up for AACC outbound

Can anyone tell how can we configure screen pop-up for outbound contacts.

Consideing the contact number as the parameter to be passed to DB for fetching customer details.

Has anyone implemented this?

you can do this by adding a custom field to the campaign when you create it in OCMT.

On the Campaign Setting Tab, under Additional Options, add a custom field to hold the contact number.

On the call Settings Tab in the call data table add the contact number to the custom field for each record.

On the screen pop settings in CCMM Administration, under Screen Pop Intrinsics, add a new intrinsic 'CUSTOMFIELD1'.

You can now screen pop on the 'CUSTOMFIELD1' intrinsic, which will contain the contact number configured in OCMT.

But actually it works only in SIP AACC - Am I right?

In AML You probably need to develope some app using CCT SDK.

this will work on AML as well as SIP.

There are limitations on screen pops for Inbound voice on AML, but this limitation does not apply to Outbound contacts.

So this AML vs SIP difference is relevant only for incomming Voice?

What about incomming MM contacts? Can we do screen popup in that case without developing custom app?

you can Screen Pop on incoming MM contacts Out of the Box on an AML CC.

If I'm not wrong what you suggest is to create custom field in OCMT and then use this custom field in MM administrator to lauch pop-up URL.

The following question is around importing data for OB campaign. How do u define user DSN in AACC?

Hi everyone, do understand that this thread is way to old but still had one query for AACC outbound call.

Could you please let us know if there is a possibility to perform screen pop for Outbound call based on multiple parameters. For e.g. For outbound dialler would need to have screen pop up based on Customer ID & Customer phone number parameters.
