EC500 does not work on 9641sip! Everything is included in the settings, but there is no call!

Make sure the feature is enabled. Status the station to confirm. EC500 is not supported on any SIPCC station type so make sure you're not using CC.

I turned on the ec500 on 9641s. Recently installed Session Manager 7.1 and downloaded the firmware on the 9641s telephone. Before that, it worked on h323 ec500, for some reason it didnít work on sip firmware. What could be the reason?
