Outgoing calls receiving old caller ID
 
So my problem is that a company wants to change the company name that's displayed on the caller ID from an old company name to their new company name. I'm using the R6 version manager and my knowledge is very limited when it comes to using this interface. What settings must be configured in order for the main number and individual number in the company to show the new company name when calling out? This is for IP500

CID name is a function of the carrier and would need to be addressed at that level.
