How can I choose a telephone (terminal) at the User Interface?

Answer:

If you want to use a User Interface with a terminal selection and the feature is not available, proceed as follow:
  1. Click Control Panel.
  2. Click Uninstall a program.
  3. Mark IP Office Contact Center User Interface.
  4. Click Change.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Modify.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Mark Activate terminal selection.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Click Change.
  11. Click Finish.
  12. Start the IPOCC User Interface. Select the appropriate terminal (telephone).
