Extension can't goto the Voicemail
 
Hi ,

Whether anyone have faced this problem, Customer extension 474, when someone call this Ext 474 is always back to the caller voicemail, e.g 471 call 474 , after ring no answer, goto 471 voicemail.

I have tried login to Voicemail pro, disable the Ext 474 voicemail & enable it , still the same problem.

Need someone expert to help me.
