Call drop after real time report presents the message "none" on announcement columm

When the call comes in on IPOCC the columm from announcements, on realtime reports presents the message "none" and the call is dropped off, but this message appear only in some calls. In addiction, I already changed the file of the announcement. As can see on the print attached, the IPOCC can't aloccated the audio on the inbound call. Can anybody help us with this issue ?
