OnQ systems not updating Meridain Mail/cs1000
I recently was checking out the Meridian Mail at a hotel that uses OnQ (Hilton software). What's happening is the CPND on the CS1000 is showing names of guests that were in the hotel weeks prior. The names are reverting back and the OnQ people are blaming the PMS link. I tested the link and checked the SEERS in the MermAIL and I don't see an issue with it. Anyone have a suggestion. :confused:

We are having this issue with our CS1000 as well. Seemingly at random a name will revert back, and I'm having to deal with this at least once a week. There is no rhyme or reason to it. One of our directors who has been here for almost two years just had his phone revert back to the display name of someone who hasn't worked at this organization for almost 3 years. Sometimes a phone we have programmed for a new hire will revert back within a day or two of us programming it. I have no clue what can be causing this.
