Hi Team,


I want to verify if we can have only one job on the IPOCC with multiple destination numbers?
Observation:We observed that IPOCC only dial the first number on the list among all the other numbers in the job.
Please how do we run a single job with multiple destination numbers?
is it possible?
Please share some information on the same.

Yes,you can add more than one number to one call job. Dialer will start with first, in case not reached try next after configured dial attempt time.

In a situation where we have a thousand of numbers uploaded into the dialer how do we link or add this to a Job to run?
Also,must each destination number has active time?
