9620 Extension problem
I have an IP Office 500 with 2 Avaya 9620 VoIP phones connected. When I turn the new phone on it connects and logs in as ext 203. The old one that use to be connected to an another system won't connect and asks me to log on. If I don't log on I see on Manager that there is a 9620 IP phone connected with ext number 6644 (old ext#) When I log on it changes but when rebooted it goes back to ext 6644. I've change the name and extension # on Manager but it keeps coming back when rebooted. How do I change that internal/local extension to a 3 digit extension # and to log in as that 3 digit extension

You have to clear the phone out, which can be done via the CRAFT menu
