One-X Mobile using App for external calls
Internal calls work fine. I.E I use the mobile app and call ext XXX no issues.

I use the app to call an external number and both legs connect but their is no audio.

..... help please.

check the dialing roles on the application and make sure that it's compatible with ARS configuration .

Dial Roles are not present in the Avaya One-X Mobile IPO App. there are settings but wouldn't that effect the call completing anyways?

My calls complete, I can see them in System status as connected. their is just no audio. what makes things more interesting is that after the call is established (no audio) I can pick the call up from the desk phone with audio present and send it back to the mobile phone and still have audio present.

It just seems to be that initial connection from the mobile app to an outside party that has no audio.

(we are using SIP lines as well with no issues present.)
