96xx Can't Enable VPN
 
I have a an Avaya 9611G VPN phone at home and trying to get it to work. When it boots and I enter the VPN Settings menu (*876#) VPN is listed as Disabled and I do not see a way to change through the phone. I've also tried going through the programming menu (CRAFT). Any suggestions on how to Enable? Thanks!

It must be enabled using the settings file loaded from the fileserver.

Thanks, that's unfortunate. The odd part is it was setup as of yesterday. This morning the phone had a status of Waiting for LLDP, nothing changed.
