Customers Preferred language using Salesforce
Hello Team,

One of our BP has a query as following :

"We are in the process of implementing Sales force with IPOCC
We have a requirement to check the Preferred a Customers Preferred language in Salesforce and route a call within IPOCC based on this field
If no language is selected we will give them the option to select a language and write this selection back to Salesforce
Normally with IPOCC we can do this with a Database query action and also change the selection using the Database Modify element
How is this done with Salesforce?"

Can anyone please assist on the same.
