I thought, depending on version that this was normal operation resulting from a safeguard built into the IPSI's to prevent DOS attacks. All of my IPSI's react this way and they are functioning...

We recently had to change our CM CLAN IP addresses and now the CMS ACD link is down. Where do I need to input the new IP information for the ACD link in CMS? I have found an entry in /etc/hosts...

It is a station not attached to a physical port. In the port field you place an X hence the term x-port. The extension will still have the functionality of a physical station but no hardware...

We did find that so now we have the mailbox which is 5 digits mapped to an extension that is 4. It is working however now our Site that uses 5 digit extensions is no longer getting...

We have extensions in "list uniform-dialplan"...

We have extensions in "list uniform-dialplan" that do not show up in list usage reports however it does show on list trace so that may not be it.
