Go to the setting, agent settings and set the "Default Agent state upon ACD connection" to available.

One-X Agent - E164

Hi all,

do anybody has an idea if One-X Agent 6.2.14 is supporting E.164?

I have tired to call an agent which is using this tool but it seams that One-X Agent is cutting the + and only show...
