Thanks for your reply. Like I said, I have it working when I hit Reply on an email. What I need is the same functionality when i hit Forward.

When an agent replies in IPOCC I have it set up to they can choose to send from their own name or from the Topic.

The same rule doesn't seem to apply for forwarding emails. It...
