monitoring VM button on UI interface
Could we create a button on the UI so that when a user or hunt group has a message, it could make a button light on the supervisor UI ?

This is what my customer dream:
If an agent gets log off ( he didn't have the time to answer a call) The user cannot log back in by himself. A supervisor needs to log him back....
