DST automatically changes the system time, so that is expected behavior. With DST, the report will run after as hour if that is the DST difference. What you need to do is schedule two reports...

This is know issue where for VP5.0 and VP5.0 SP1...

This is know issue where for VP5.0 and VP5.0 SP1 the root certificate expires in 1 year. This has been changed to expire after 10 years in SP2.

You will need to update the system to SP2.
