IPOCC Supervisor "No Authorization, could not sign on" in Agent status report

Hi,

When try to select Agent status report and Detailed call reports getting below message.

"No Authorization, could not sign on"

Where this need to be checked in IPOCC 9.1.7?

2. Voice mail service uninstalled


Reinstallation

1. Voicemail Installed
2. Primary service installed

Question Reinstalling voicemail service in primary linux server failed IPO9.1.4

Hi Everyone,

I could be able to uninstall IPOffice service alone but i cannot uninstall voicemail service same way from the updates tab in platform view.

Got below error

"Error : Failed...
