Unhappy Fresh install AACC6.3 SP10 , no website for Contact Center Manager Administration

Dear all
I had installed Avaya Aura Contact Center R6.3 with Avaya Communication Server 1000E R7.5 , two times .
when I try Logging on to Contact Center Manager Administration,
an error appear...

Can one-X Agent work with Aura Contact Center ,
the source of calls is CS1000E via AML link to contact center, not sip enabled ?
