How do we get the CMS Version installed and timezone configuration?

Are the configuration properties of CMS, like CMS Version & the Timezone available in any of the Avaya CMS Database tables?
If not, how do we get this information?

Multiple records in hagent intrahour tables in Avaya DB for same interval

I recently looked at Avaya CMS data in hagent tables and I see that for the same logid, split, acd, row_date, starttime, loc_id combination, there are multiple records in the hagent table.
