Same issue here

I am facing the same issue, but strangely it works sometimes even when the user is logged in from communicator, never worked on flare though!!

Transfer Call to Another Agent Or Call Pickup by agent

We are facing an issue in IPOCC REL 9.1.

Call comes to an agent and if the agent is not attending the call it should go to another agent. Which is not happening.
Can we do this?

IPOCC Reporting - Reporting Filter View Not Changing to Names

i am facing issues with the reporting filters view , i change it to Names from Abbreviation but its not working is automatically changing back to Abbreviations.

Fixed!!

The issues was with DNS entry in host file and trusted site in internet explorer.
Fixed it as per the installation guide and worked like a charm.

Superviosr UI showing errors!!

Yes that was one issue, also i had issues with the IPO and IPOCC connection, authentication was getting failed, changed passwords at both end and restarted IPOCC and IPO,

All good for the time...

How to trace an ivr application

Is there any tool to trace monitor ivr scripts like we do in voicemail pro using dbgview.

I want to know why my application is not going to the topic when i select an option in the menu.
