Soft "HOLD" button missing

We have recently updated our firmware files to ha96xxu100_3.195_S.bin and hb96xxua3_11.bin. We have 9640G and 9611G phones that do not show a "HOLD" button when a person is in a call now.

X-Mobile using EC500 v5.2.1 vs. 6.0

I am having an issue getting an X-mobile station to give a call waiting indication when it is associated with a multi-line telephone such as a 6424D+M or 9640G telephone.
