CMS Login Issue

We have a user who is trying to log onto CMS R17 from a PC other than his own. He receive a connection error message. When he's back on his own PC, his ID works okay. Both PC are running Windows...

One X Communicator Error

Has anyone seen the error below while using One X Agent on Windows 7?

Spark Endpoint Emulator (2.0.0.18.8) has stopped working.

The version of One X Agent is 2.0.09184.0.

I was wondering if someone can tell me why you cannot use the X in the corner to exit out on communicator. When users click on the X, it just minimizes communicator. The version of communicator...

Cool USB Port On 9611G

How do I enable the USB port on my 9611G set? I'm the system administrator, but can't seem to find out how to enable the prot in any documentation.
