Getting it to cover to first number is not a issue...I will suggest you play around with "sys par cover" on the 2nd page...there is a option there which I used long ago and it was something to...

This seems like a version mismatch set on Supervisor...What version of CMS is installed and what version is specified on your supervisor connection

This is possible by setting dial plan and then do some fancy digit minupulation from there to other screens however it can become messy and restricted if many locations are involved

Net Regions

Hi,

Do a "disp failed ip-network-reg"
It should show failed connections...Make sure net regions are connected via a suitable codec to each other.

Hi,

Not in front of a system currently but I know that it needs to be enabled in Messaging as POP 3 and IMAP is disabled..If I remember correctly it is somewhere under "General options"

I do understand that utlity Server can be a standalone option now but only on AVAYA provided Server.
Does anyone know if there is a option for Customer provided Server for utility...

I have a problem where phones go into the discover mode when you logoff the user and try to login once again.
This happens on over 10 000 extensions and more than 7 locations World Wide...

We however didn`t upgrade the Call Centre part as the customer is moving...
