Thanks. I found these libraries already but after extracting them, I could not find the .EXE file to search the library as I was able to with the 6.0 library.

Exclamation Document Library issue

I see there is an option to download "Document Libraries" for specific products. This is a nice option instead of just downloading one document.

I downloaded the Avaya Aura Messaging 6.0 library...

Cannot view "NCS with Session Manager" kb

I tried to download a document for a possible fix with an NCS with Session Manager but I cannot view the page.

Where's the CS 1000 MD5 checksums?

I'm uploading CS 1000 Release 7.5 software to SMGR/UCM deployment server. After uploading the software, I get a warning message saying the checksums could not be found and to verify the checksums....

I have to agree with this gentleman's comments. I'm not crazy about the new support site either as it is not very intuitive. I will say, however, the workaround provided helped me to locate...
