In the ivr there is an element with a callback time of 30mintes.

Where can i see that its triggering a callback when its his turn in queue?

but the problem is then you wont get any statistical reports on the choices they make in the menu. You can only report on the 1 queue.

call goes in topic 1 and then topic 2 and then get to an agent group.

I want to show topic 1 on the agent ui instead of topic 2

As long as you backup the configuration in IPO...

As long as you backup the configuration in IPO Manager and install the same version , you can restore the config back without any problem

IPOCC 0.07

taskflow has several topics and each agent can answer calls from all topics.
but when caller hears the position in queue the ipocc is telling the position in queue for their specific...

Topic report time periods

Hi

Im trying to generate a topic report in the time frame of 7:30AM-11:59AM ,1:00PM-4:30PM MON to FRI

I go in to the basic data and set date and time of 12AM-12PM. After that I select MON-FRI....

I want a report with the amount of calls that reach more then 5 minutes talk time with the agents.

Record Calamity announcement from a mobile phone

Guys,

A client wants to dial in to the ipocc from an external phone and record an announcement and activate that in the taskflow.

Is it possible? and how would I achieve this?
