Angry IVR Script- Dbupdate failed- error is randomly. why?

Hi All,
can some one tell me reason of failure/error of db update failed randomly. due to this error it not update Db data and db fields left blank where scrip tag got variable data successfully....

Can IPOCC Rls 10.1 Task flow or IVR script dial external caller mobile number. if yes which element / variable can be used to dial any external number with prior trunk access code.
any idea?

IPOCC- Dialer- dial 02 external numbers in one job

Can IPOCC Dialer campaign dial two external numbers and join them as conference call.
at a normal case, dialer do conf call between external number and any agent/ IVR script but i want to do both...

Can we get caller CLID without answering the call ( no cost to caller) by using IPOCC TF and IVR script? I have tried minimum TF-IVR logic to get CLID that successful that call...

yes this very old known issue and many request has been launch to IPOCC team to improve it ( not big issue for them to handle it) but still no listening. I also again reach to CAM to improve in next...

in IPOCC IVR Editor, if Open DB has some SQL Server/DB link issue so Error response after 1 minutes for further action. I want to tear call with some Announcement/ call treatment but till 1 minutes...

Any one know about the TAG/ variable name of Time stamp to capture time and date of an event in IPOCC Rls 10.1?
If it is not available built-in so can we make timestamp TAG/variable ourselves?...
