R9.1.8 Web Manager User Search not working

Just upgraded customer's server edition to R9.1.8 and the web manager > Call Management > User search is not working. Any one has similar experience?

Tested One-X Mobile on iPhone and it works by...

Tested One-X Mobile on iPhone and it works by selecting the Add Call then go to Call List then press the transfer icon. Different from user guide but it works.

OneX Portal not working on E129 hook flash

In our R9.1, One-X user with a E129 phone. While E129 is in a call, cannot use One-X to make or answer the 2nd call. Need to manually press the "hook flash" key on the E129 phone. Is this a design...

OneX Mobile on iPhone cannot use Supverised Transfer

Blind Transfer OK in the OneX Mobile on iPhone, but couldn't do a Supervised transfer. Is this supported?
Tried on Android phone and it works perfectly on both blind and supervised transfer.
