Issue Historical reports AACC 6.2

Hello Everybody,
I have a issue with Historical reports Scheduled.
It works when the output is in a folder of AACC server but it doesn't work in other PC or Laptop.

Help Please.

ACR shows Licensed bulk recording capacity reached alarm.
ACR have 20 bulk recording licences.
Also ACR have configured 18 position ID but in Recording Rules the ACR have 26...
