Have you enabled cbc for the application and looked at the output? it may give you an idea of what is happening.
Personally I prefer to use DIW when a large number of entries (over 50) is required...

We did investigate this, but as we don't have Citrix in the lab had to try on a customer site. We were not very successful (although we tried with NES CC6 and haven't pursued since)....
