Skill and Call Priority

I am not sure how to ask this, as I am not skilled on the CM/CMS. Can someone tell me which takes priority on a call, the agents skill priority level (1-16) or the queue-to vector step for the call...

It looks like the 4600 series does not allow this...

It looks like the 4600 series does not allow this functionality without the use of a headset adaptor.

Beep on Record Delivery to Agent

I am using PCS 4.1.2 in a two-dialer pod. We use a combination of Agent API and PCS Agent for client.

I have just added a new outbound only group onto the dialer, and I am experiencing an issue...
