tried with same configuration, still could not see the information in User-to-User tag in SM trace. only the transferring VDN name is coming in hex.

is there any other...

I want to pass a UUI variable data to Avaya Experience portal which is connected on SIP trunk i.e Avaya SM.

Avaya CM to AAEP call transfer

Hi All

I have a scenario. example Customer 987654321 calls to IVR(AAEP -SIP) and get transferred to VDN 1234 and it reaches to agent extn 4321.
now agent at 4321 avaya extn transfers the call...
