What firmware is the phone on ?
when you change the 46xxsettings.txt , clear the phone down to factory settings and reload the settings file and retest..

Is there or Can one X attendant work on touch screens ? I presume its okay as the touch screen replaces the mouse pointer so to speak. What are the recommended screens ?
