Exclamation Contact Store Incoming Calls showing as outgoing !!

We install an IP Office 500v2 rel 9.0 with CCR. After the installation we cant get external call report for the call summary report(All the values are 0).Then after lots of tries i untick this option...

Hi friends,
I have a problem and i need ur help ..

I have IPO 9 and working fine but i have only one issue .. the customer asking to change the display language of phones 9608 to be Arabic not...

Hi Friends,

I have System Manager installed with Software version: System Manager 6.3

Had admin login issue, and can't access to system manager with admin user

I do password reset many times...
