so I'm in the reception incoming call route under the "destinations" tab and in the destination drop down I see all the extension numbers and at the bottom I see "DialIn" and "VoiceMail" would it be...

Hello, I am by far no expert with IP Office or Voicemail Pro, our office is using Voicemail pro client 6.1 and currently if someone calls the main receptionist number it will ring like a normal phone...

all the incoming call routes show "incoming number -xxxx" -xxxx being the users extension.

Hello, I am by far no expert with IP Office, I was kinda tossed into trying to figure it all out on my own.....that being said, I work in an office of about 50 people and we need one phone in a room...
