Licenses not being released

Hi,

In IPOCC 10.0.0.3 it happens that licenses for agents are not being released.
So, I have 12 agent licenses and only 5 can log in.
The sixth agent can nog login.

Even in version 10.1 there is a lot of noise.
Wghy can't we select an mp3-file? Saves a lot of harddiskspace and is much easier to handle
