Solved. Agent was in wrong AUX code and could not log into APC. When he changed the AUX to outbound calls (in our case nr.6) he was able to log in.

swif_ct.cfg

check your AAAD settings file using...

check your AAAD settings file using CCADConfigurator.exe.
Check: CallManagerAddress = IP of CM , Elite = True

also check settings using CCMM Administration if you have there correct Switch type...
