expecting waiting time on IVR 0 minutes

Hello,
I program an expecting waiting time on IVR but I always get 0 minutes even with 4 queued calls.

Here is what I did:
1)Programe a new tag: EWT_A as user/time
2)New topic variable assigned...

How to ring many logged agents phones for a single topic call

Hi,
Any one knows if it's possible to ring many logged agents phones for a single call same way as a hunt group, but through a taskflow?
The reason is some topics are treated as urgents and a call...

Position in queue for all topics

Hello,
A taskflow has several topics and each agent can answer calls from all topics.
but when caller hears the position in queue the ipocc is telling the position in queue for their specific...
